  6. This archive includes the files necessary to build a minimal data dictionary
  7. listing for QELIB.

  9. There is a .PRJ file and .MAK file for Borland C++. The QEDICTM.MAK works 
  10. with the Microsoft compiler. 
  11.  
  12. It emulates a command line interface by using Borland's EasyWin library or
  13. Microsoft's QuickWin library.

  18. You will need the QELIB.DLL or similar DLL. These are available from Pioneer
  19. or bundled with other products.

  21. Use the import lib included here for version QELIB 1.0, or a newer import lib
  22. supplied with newer versions.
